I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right across the road from the underground stop. It made it so convenient to explore the city, and in just a few steps, I could jump on the metro and easily navigate my way around. The hotel itself had a modern and stylish atmosphere, which added to the overall comfort and quality experience. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, providing enhanced relaxation during my stay. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The extensive breakfast selection was absolutely delicious, with something for everyone's taste. The hotel also had a great play area for kids, which my children thoroughly enjoyed. They didn't want to leave! this place truly exceeded my expectations and provided an incredible experience.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a metro station right outside and easy access to the city center. The staff is courteous and helpful. The hotel offers spacious rooms, a restaurant, underground parking, and a promenade along the river. The breakfast is amazing and the climate control in the rooms is individually adjustable.
Felt more than at home, nothing too much trouble.

The cleanliness was perfect, with the room being sparkly clean and well-refined. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious and airy breakfast room that was beautifully laid out. The best part was the location, right across the road from an underground stop. It made getting around the surrounding areas and reaching the city center convenient.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The location was very convenient, with a metro station right in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The main harbor was within walking distance, and there was a bakery in Uberseequartier where I had a delicious breakfast. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with complimentary drinks and a kettle. The staff provided great service and even offered luggage storage.
The view from the hotel room was not ideal, as there were train lines and construction sites nearby.

Excellent lobby design, comfortable check-in at 4:00. Delicious breakfast with a surprising sweet and sour fish. Conveniently close to the Elbphilarmonie. Clean rooms with spacious showers, located on top of a metro stop.

The room was spacious and clean. The design of the hotel was modern and well-done. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a beautiful promenade nearby.
The dinner buffet was disappointing compared to the excellent breakfast.

The rooms were super clean and the hotel had a modern feel. The location was convenient with a U-Bahn station nearby, making it easy to explore the city. I particularly enjoyed the play areas for the kids, both indoors and outdoors. The hotel also had a lovely view of the canal. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, amenities, and convenient location.
